PARKING

We have a parking lot with a capacity of about 330 cars in the second basement.

Our hotel guests can use the parking lot for a special fee of 1,000 yen (including tax) per stay. Please ask for the Service Ticket at the front desk. Be advised that depending on the time of day, the parking lot may be very congested, so if you wish to park your car during midmorning of the day of your stay, you may not be able to use the parking lot depending on the parking situation on the previous day.

One stay is from check-in to 2:00 p.m. on the day of checkout. If you use restaurants and/or bars, please present the parking ticket that you received when you parked your car in our parking lot at the time of payment. Please note that we do not accept parking reservations. Please note that you cannot use the Service Ticket exclusively for hotel guests and the Complementary Ticket that will be given at the facilities in our hotel at the same time.

Our staying guests are invited to drive untill the Main Entrance on the 2nd floor to deliver their luggage.

Please note that depending on the situation, we may have to refuse parking for those other than hotel guests.

※For hotel guests using trucks, buses, etc., which cannot be parked in our underground parking lot, we will refer you to a space on the first floor of the hotel. The parking fee is 3,000 yen. (Advance reservations are required and parking spaces are limited)

Take kaigan-dori Avenue in Shibaura and turn towards the sea at the Minamihama Bashi, Urashima Bashi or Shioji Bashi intersection. Cross the Rainbow Bridge by the lower level. Approximately 3 minutes from the exit of Rainbow Bridge.
